Whatever is troubling you, whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationships, life changes, work, self-confidence, grief, or traumas, I can help. We all, at some point in our lives, feel overwhelmed and lost. My work focuses on providing a comfortable and empathic space to help clients move through their pain and struggles, so they can live a fulfilling life every day, not just when the sun is shining. Through our work together, you will gain insights, explore patterns in your relationships, and learn effective coping strategies to create positive lasting change.

I believe that clients bring their own unique set of strengths, needs, and experiences. I take special care to learn your story, your sorrows and joys, your thoughts and feelings. My role is to understand what life is like for you, and then to work together to make sense of your experiences, and learn new ways to relate and cope. My approach is guided by my compassion for people, my belief that we are resilient, and my commitment to helping others find greater health and happiness.

I meet my clients through a warm, authentic, direct, and non-judgemental lens. I draw on a range of evidence-based practices including insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving therapy, and mindfulness. I have advanced clinical post graduate training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and I hold a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. But most of all, I will center our work in the relationship we build. I will work with you to bring a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of hope.
